of inappropriate e-mails to jill kelly. she is the florida woman whose complaints to the fbi eventually led to petraeus' resignation. in a new twist to the david petraeus sex scandal, the pentagon says that the top commander in afghanistan, general john allen, is under investigation, for sending allegedly improper e-mails to jill kelly. kelly is the florida woman who triggered the investigation and ultimately forced petraeus to resign. the pentagon is reviewing between 20,000 and 30,000 documents involved. allen, meanwhile, denies any wrongdoing and remains in his current position. late monday, agents spent nearly five hours at the home of petraeus' former mistress, paula broadwell, leaving early this morning with several boxes. this, after the fbi told abc news they discovered thousands of e-mails between broadwell and petraeus, detailing the affair. >> in his universe, this moral failing is unacceptable and renders him unworthy of continuing this position of responsibility for the nation. >> reporter: the affair came to light over the summer, as part of an fbi investigation that began aft

the election. 303 for obama and 206 for romney and that doesn't include florida which is likely to go for the president. what happened between the final polls and election day. here is polster frank lunz. it is a tough week for the polsters and people supporting mitt romney. a lot of people believed hoe had the edge and momentum? >> it should be a tough week. the published polls that the mitt romney campaign and republican establishment were trashing day after day turned out to be accurate and all of the polls for the republican establishment, i know house candidates who lost were shocked. senate republicans supposed to gain and they lost and before you criticize the romney campaign. mitt romney ran ahead of everyone of those republicans that lost. it is it a bad for establishment polster and something they should be held accountable for. you have to tell your clients the truth and be accurate and miss so many states and be off. your fox viewers should be outraged. day in and out they were told romney would win. hope hoe and pennsylvania and was never up. iowa and new hampshire state

worsened in parts of the country. in florida, citrus growers face another problem a disease that's infecting their trees. and as manuel bojorquez reports it's spreading fast. >> most of the fruit that's on this tree will not make it to the picking time. >> reporter: he has grown oranges in florida for 50 years but now his 5,000 acre farm is under attack. >> this one is diseased. how do we know that? >> if you cut across it and we can see the interior of it, the seeds in it are what we call dead and they will never mature. >> reporter: a bacterial disease citrus greening, that kills orange trees by sapping nutrients. it's spread by an insect that came to florida with imported plants in 1998. the trees started dying in 2005. >> the tree can be infected with this disease and not show symptoms for three years. so when we look at a tree that looks healthy today we're not sure. we don't know. >> reporter: the industry estimates half of the orange trees are infected. citrus greening has been discovered in georgia, south carolina, louisiana and texas and california. >> we lost jobs. we l
